How it all began
I started my Real Estate Career in January of 2002 and have been a full-time active Realtor since. Real Estate was a "Love at First Sight" experience for me because it allowed me to use my skill set to grow a business that allowed me to help people and also benefit financially to support my family.
As an agent I was with a few different offices and companies before joining Coldwell Banker and had to grow my business from the ground up. During the course of growing my business I recognized the benefits of building a larger team to better serve my client base and to be able to teach other agents what I had learned in the process of growing my business so that they could become more profitable and become independent to grow their own business.
It became extremely important to develop systems and marketing strategies that adapted to constant market changes and fluctuations. I realized after growing teams and helping other achieve their goals that managing an office was the next step for me within Real Estate. I joined Coldwell Banker in 2006 and within 18 months was managing an office and increasing the production of those agents and the office in a market that was struggling at best.
Today, our office is one of the most productive offices across Long Island with per person productivity exceeding the industry average by 100%.
